Kadai Paneer recipe in Hindi | कढ़ाई पनीर बनाने का आसान तरीका Kadhai Paneer | Asha and Anita
Kadhai Paneer is probably one of the most ordered Paneer dishes ordered in North Indian restaurants. This is also known as Capsicum paneer Due to the two main ingredients of Kadai Paneer: Paneer and Capsicum or Shimla Mirch. In this video, we will see how to make Kadai paneer in Hindi.

Serve: 3
Ingredients:
Paneer: 200 gms
Onion chopped: 2 small
Onion sliced: One small
Tomato chopped: 4 medium size
Tomato sliced: One Medium
Capsicum: One small sliced
Ginger: 2 Inch
Garlic: 5-6
Bay leaf: One
Black cardamom: one
Green cardamom: Two
Cinnamon: One Inch
Cloves: 2-3
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Red chilli powder: ½ tsp
Salt: one tsp
Oil: 4 tbsp
Ingredients for Kadai Masala:
Cumin seeds: One tsp
Coriander seeds: One tsp
Whole black pepper: one tsp
Dry red chilli 1-2
Steps:
Dry roast all kadai masala ingredients. Crush and keep it aside
Heat a pan. Add oil, bay leaf, cloves, black and green cardamom, cinnamon stick, let all crackle. Now add grated ginger and garlic to the oil. Add chopped onion. Stir well for a minute or two. Add chopped tomatoes. Add salt. Cook until tomato gets mashy. Now add half tsp coriander powder, half tsp turmeric powder, red chili powder, and half tsp kadai masala and half tsp kasoori methi.
Heat another pan. Add one tbsp oil. Now add sliced onion, capsicum, tomatoes and paneer. Sprinkle one tsp of kadai masala. ¼ tsp of turmeric powder. Half tsp of red chilli powder and a little salt. Give it a gentle mix. Turn off the flame and keep aside.
Add these vegetables to the onion tomato gravy. Give all a nice gentle mix. Add little water and fresh cream. Turn off the flame and serve hot with chapati.
