Atta Ka Halwa Recipe
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes Cooking Time: 15 Minutes Serve: 4 Ingredients: Wheat Flour: One bowl Sugar: One bowl Ghee: One bowl Suji/Rava: One spoon Almond: for garnishing Water: Two bowl Ingredients are given in ratio. You can increase or decrease quantity in the same ratio. Steps: Heat a pan. Add ghee to it. Roast the almonds, slice them, and keep aside. In the same pan, add wheat flour, roast it in the ghee on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Add one spoon of Rava and keep stirring. Once it turns brown, add water and sugar to it. Keep stirring all the ingredients until water evaporates. Your Halwa is ready. Garnish with sliced almonds and serve hot.
