Stuffed Capsicum Recipe | How To Make Stuffed Capsicum? | Asha and Anita भरवां शिमलामिर्च |

Stuffed capsicum Shimla Mirch

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Cooking Time: 20 Minutes Serve: 2 Ingredients: Capsicum: 4 Paneer: 100 gms grated Boiled potato: one medium meshed Onion: one medium chopped Ginger: one and a half inch grated Tomato: small chopped Coriander powder: half tsp Turmeric powder: ½ tsp Red chili powder: ½ tsp Garam Masala: 1/3 tsp Fennel powder: ½ tsp Cumin powder: ½ tsp Dry Mango powder: 1/3rd tsp Cumin 1/3 tsp Hing: 2 pinch Black seeds: 1/3rd tsp Salt: 1 tsp Oil: 1tbsp Wash the capsicum, Cut the upper part, and remove all seeds. Microwave all capsicum for 3 minutes(optional). For the filling: Heat a wok. Add 2 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds, black seeds, and grated ginger. Let the seeds crackle. Now add chopped onion and chopped tomatoes. Now add all dry spices. Mix well on medium flame. Add boiled potato and grated paneer. Mix properly for 1-2 minutes on medium flame. Turn off the flame.
