Black Chana or Kala chana is a great source of Protein for vegetarians and vegans. in this kala chana recipe, we will use some basic spices to make kale chane ki sabji which everyone would love. it's 100% vegan and easy to make. Steps: Soak chana for 7-8 hrs. Pressure cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes. Heat a wok, add oil to it. Add a bay leaf. ½ tsp cumin seeds, black cardamom, cloves, whole black pepper. Let all crackle. Now add green chili. Chopped onion. Stir for a minute. Add ginger-garlic paste. Stir well In a bowl take coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Add water to form a paste. Add this paste to the wok. Add tomato puree and stir all for a minute. Now at this stage add chana to the wok, mix well, add dry mango powder, and little powder to form a thick gravy. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Turn off the flame.
