Serve:2 Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 10 Minutes Ingredients: Poha: One bowl Thick Poha Onion: One small chopped Potato: One small chopped Peas: 3 tbsp Mustard seeds: ½ tsp Cumin seeds: 1/3 tsp Hing:1/4 tsp Turmeric powder: ½ tsp Red chili powder: ¼ tsp Green Chili: One fine chopped Curry Leaves: 7-8 Salt: ½ tsp Lemon Juice: 1 tsp Oil: 2 tbsp Coriander leaves Steps: Wash the poha with water and add turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp oil. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and green chili let all crackle. Add hing and turmeric powder. Add potato, onion, and peas. Add red chili powder. Mix well and turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. Now cover the lid. Serve hot after 5-6 minutes.
