How to make Tandoori Roti | No Oven No Tandoor No Yeast | तवे पर बनाये रेस्टोरेन्ट जैसी तंदूरी रोटी |
Who doesn't like Tandoori roti? But have you ever wonder how to make tandoori roti at home? Wait but you don't have tandoor or oven. No problem Now you can make tandoori roti at home on Tava and yes you need not even add any yeast or chemicals. Enjoy!

Serve: 3
Preparation time: 60 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Wheat flour: 200 gms
Salt: ½ tsp
Curd: 3 tsp
Butter: ½ tsp
Oil: ½ tsp
Steps: Take the wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt and curd. Prepare a soft dough by using little water. Rest it for one hour.
Heat an iron tava on low flame. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it round just like chapati.
Apply Water on one side and place it on tava. Heat on low flame for 3 minutes. After three minutes turn the tava upside down and cook the roti. Keep looking at it while cooking.
Apply Butter if you desire so.
