Serve: 3
Preparation time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
Noodles: 180 gms
Onion: One Medium Sliced
Capsicum: One Medium Sliced
Carrot: One Medium Sliced
Spring onion: two tbsp
Garlic: 4 crushed
Soy Sauce: Two and Half tsp
Vinegar: ½ tsp
White/Black pepper: ½ tsp
Schwann sauce: one tsp
Oil: 5 tsp
Salt: one tsp
Steps:
Take water in a saucepan. Add one tsp oil and 1/3 tsp salt. Let the water boil, add noodles. Strain completely after three minutes. Pour cold water over the noodles and keep aside.
Take out noodles in a big flat plate. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil, 2 tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp pepper. Mix well.
Heat a big wok/kadai. Add 3 tsp oil. Add garlic, onion, capsicum, carrot, and one tbsp spring onion. Add half tsp vinegar, half tsp soy sauce, one tsp Schwan sauce. Stir all the ingredients for a while. Add noodles in 2-3 portions. Mix well. Turn off the flame. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
