How To Make Crispy Masala Dosa | मसाला डोसा बनायें घर पर

Ingredients :
For Dosa Batter:
Rice: 200 gms
Urad dal split white: 60 gms
Poha: one tsp
Methi/ Fenugreek seeds: 10-15
For Potato filling:
Potatoes: 3 Medium size
Onion: 1 medium size
Peas: Green, 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Sambar Masala: ½ tsp
Red chili dry: 1
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
Hing: one pinch
Curry Leaves: 6-7
Urad Chanal dal(soaked) : 1 tsp
Green Chili: 1
Oil: 2tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Water: 50 Ml
Steps:
Soak urad dal, Rice, Methi Dana, and Poha in water for 3 Hrs. Blend all ingredients and make a smooth paste. Keep aside and leave it for fermentation at least for 6-7 Hrs at room temperature. After fermentation add salt to the batter.
Heat a pan. Add oil, hing, urad chana dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chili, and green chili. Let all crackle. Add onion, fry a little. Then add peas, turmeric powder, sambar masala, potatoes, and salt. Add 50 Ml of water and mix well.
Heat a dosa pan. Take a small portion of dosa batter, spread evenly in round shape. Drop some oil with a spoon. Add potato and wait until it looks red and crispy. Roll it and serve hot.
