Serve: 2 Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Ingredients: Burger Bun: 2 Boiled Potato: 3 Small Boiled peas: 3 tbsp Onion and tomato: sliced Tomato ketchup: 2 tsp Sandwich spread: 2tsp Salt: ½ tsp Chilli Flakes: ½ tsp Black pepper:1/3 tsp Rice flour: 1 tsp Bread crumbs: One small bowl Butter 4 tsp Rice flour: 1 tsp

Steps: Mash the boiled potatoes and peas with the help of a spoon. Add salt chili flakes, black pepper, and rice flour to the mixture. Mix well. Divide the mixture into two balls, apply little oil in palm and take one portion, give it a round patty shape. Take 3 tbsp refined flour and water to form a liquid paste. Dip the patty into the paste and then coat the bread crumbs on both sides of the patty. Heat a pan, apply some oil, and fry the party. Fry both sides until it’s crispy and red. Cut the burger buns into two, add butter to the pan, Light roast the bun on medium flame. If you like this recipe subscribe to Asha And Anita channel. Apply butter on one side of bun followed by sandwich spread to it. Now take another portion of the bun, apply butter and ketchup. Place the onion ring, tomato, and patty along with cheese slice. Close the burger using a toothpick. Serve hot.
