Preparation time: 10 Minutes Cooking time: 30 Minutes Serve: 4 Ingredients: Suji/Rava/Semolina: 150 Gm Mango: 2 Sugar: 100 Gms Oil: 50Ml Baking Powder: 1 tsp Baking Soda: ½ tsp Resins: 2 tsp Milk: 2 tsp
Steps: Place the mango flesh in the mixer and just mix it to a smooth paste. Filter the mango pulp. Transfer the pulp into a mixing bowl, add sugar, and beat well. Start adding suji/rava into small portions. Add raisins and blend the mixture in one direction. First, add half oil mix gradually and then add the rest of the oil. Mix well. Add baking powder, baking soda, and two tsp of milk.
Place butter paper in a cake pan, grease the pan and transfer the batter into the cake pan. Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes and then bake the cake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
