For 6 Muffins / Cupcakes Preparation Time: 15-20 Mins Baking time: 20 MinsIngredients:
Plain Flour (Maida): 70 gms Sugar: 70 gms Butter: 70gms Egg: 2 (1- full egg, 1- egg white) Baking Powder:1/2 TSP Cocoa Powder: 2TSP Milk: 2TSPMethod:
Take egg white and yolk in a bowl add sugar and whisk for 5-6 minutes in one direction until the batter gets foamy. Add plain flour in portions and mix using cut and fold method. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Grease your cupcake molds and fill it with batter till three fourth. Put the molds in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Do check your cupcakes after 10 minutes because every oven has different temperature settings.
