Today in this video we will learn to make Gatte ki Sabzi.  Besan ke gatte is a very popular dish in rajasthan India and normally eaten with roti or rice. Some people avoid adding onion and garlic into it but mostly it's cooked with a higher amount of garlic. Besan Gatta is also served as an accomplishment in Rajasthani thali where the main item comprises of dal bati churma.



Besan ke gatte Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Serve: 4 Ingredients Gram flour: two small bowl Curd: 3 tsp Garlic: 8-10 cloves Onion: crushed, one medium Coriander seeds: ½ tsp Ajwain: 1/2 tsp Oil: 3 tbsp Turmeric powder: one tsp Red chilli powder: one tsp Salt: one tsp Dry mint powder: ½ tsp Water: 700 ml Step: Take gram flour in a bowl. Add one tsp salt, coriander seeds. 1/3 tsp turmeric powder, 1/3 tsp red chilli powder. 1/3 tsp garam masala, Dry mint powder now add one tbsp oil. Knead the gram flour to form a soft dough. Now take a small portion of the dough, Roll it on the flat surface and cut it into small portion. In a pan add water. Let it boil. Add gate into it and boil for 5-7 minutes on medium flame. Take out gate. Keep the pan aside. Water shell be used later. Take the curd into a bowl. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli, garam masala and salt. Add little water to form a smooth paste. Heat a pan, add oil to it, add 1/3 tsp fennel seeds, onion and garlic. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Add little water to it. Add curd paste to the pan. Stir it for a minute, add remaining water of the boiled gatte to the gravy. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Turn off the flame and serve hot with chapati. #Gatte_Ki_Sabji #Gatte #Sabji
